Nutrition
Nutrition is more important than most people think when it comes to achieving satisfaction from a training program. The common misconception is the idea that if you burn 500 calories during a workout, then you are entitled to a 500 calorie treat. They also don’t know how to gauge 500 calories and they think they deserve a Choc. chip cookie dough blizzard. How many calories you ask? OVER 1,000!! This is where people lose the light at the end of the tunnel because they workout, but they are still gaining weight. This is why you see so many people at the big gyms going through the motions and they can’t figure out why they still gain weight.
