“I have always been an active person, but have never been able to stick to a fitness routine long enough to be in the best shape I could possible be. I was always doing some sort of cardio exercise, but neglected strength training, probably because I wasn’t sure if I was using proper form, the right weight, or enough reps. I wasn’t overweight, but my clothes were starting to feel tight. I knew at that point that my cardio exercise (running, elliptical) wasn’t going to do the trick. I really needed someone who could keep me motivated and who could tailor a program to my goals and current fitness level.
